Yuma · Hybrid Customer Service & Phone Assistant +

YUMA-BASED • HYBRID REMOTE • ASSIGNED PHONE HOURS

Are you chatty, bubbly, and someone who makes people feel welcome over the phone? We’re looking for a friendly phone personality who can also be a texting, scheduling, and logistics superstar — keeping families informed and all the lesson details running smoothly.

You’ll need to be based in Yuma for some in-person work and training, with substantial flexibility in where you complete much of the remaining work.

A good fit for this work

  • Bring a warm, bubbly phone personality and enjoy chatting with families
  • Write friendly, clear texts and keep conversations moving
  • Love organizing schedules, coordinating logistics, and keeping track of the details
  • Be dependable during assigned phone coverage hours
  • Be based in Yuma and available for in-person work and training as needed
  • Be comfortable learning online booking and customer-service tools

Pay: $18/hour.

Seasonal timing: This role is primarily for the summer season, starting as early as April and running through approximately August, with the possibility of extending beyond the summer. Successful sales may lead to opportunities for growth.

Location flexibility does not mean a fully flexible schedule. Phone coverage involves assigned hours and is less flexible than an instructor’s teaching schedule. Exact dates, hours, in-person frequency, and employment classification will be confirmed before an offer. You’re welcome to express interest while these details are finalized.

Express Interest in Customer Service

We welcome instructor interest throughout the year. Lesson demand, pool access, and available assignments vary by city and season; year-round recruiting does not guarantee year-round hours.
