By booking swim lessons, purchasing services, or participating in any Arizona Mobile Swim program, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions, as well as all related policies linked below.
Agreement to Policies
By using Arizona Mobile Swim services, you agree to the terms outlined in the following policies:
In the event of any conflict between documents, the Cancellation, Refund & Scheduling Policy shall control.
These policies are incorporated into this agreement and are binding.
Assumption of Risk
Swimming and water-based activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, illness, or accidental drowning.
By participating in Arizona Mobile Swim lessons, you acknowledge and accept these risks and agree that participation is voluntary. You assume full responsibility for yourself and any participating swimmer(s) under your care.
Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arizona Mobile Swim, its owners, instructors, contractors, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any injuries, damages, losses, or accidents that may occur during or as a result of participation in swim lessons.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Pool-related incidents
- Environmental conditions
- Travel to and from lesson locations
- Actions of participants or third parties
Instructor Status
Arizona Mobile Swim instructors may operate as independent contractors. While all instructors meet company training and safety standards, they are not employees of the client.
Arizona Mobile Swim maintains oversight of instruction quality, scheduling systems, and service standards.
Payment & Service Structure
All lessons and programs must be purchased directly through Arizona Mobile Swim.
Participation in lessons is contingent upon:
- Payment being completed through approved channels
- Compliance with all policies and procedures
Arizona Mobile Swim reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if policies are not followed.
No Refund Policy
Arizona Mobile Swim operates under a strict no refund policy, as outlined in the Cancellation, Refund & Scheduling Policy.
By purchasing services, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
Scheduling Responsibility
Clients are responsible for scheduling their own lessons through Arizona Mobile Swim’s booking system. Purchasing a package does not guarantee scheduled appointments.
Right to Refuse or Discontinue Service
Arizona Mobile Swim reserves the right to:
- Refuse service
- Suspend or discontinue lessons
for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Safety concerns
- Repeated policy violations
- Inappropriate behavior
- Failure to follow scheduling or payment requirements
Weather, Pool Conditions & External Factors
Arizona Mobile Swim is not responsible for:
- Pool availability or maintenance
- Weather-related disruptions
- Environmental or third-party factors affecting lessons
These situations are governed by the applicable policies referenced above.
Communication Consent
By providing your contact information, you consent to receive communications from Arizona Mobile Swim, including:
- Scheduling updates
- Lesson reminders
- Service notifications
- Educational and promotional messages
You may opt out at any time in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Policy Updates
